About our Founder
Robyn LeBlanc (she/her) is a strategist, facilitator, and systems thinker working at the intersection of housing, equity, and impact. With more than a decade of experience in Canada’s non-profit and social systems, she has led community initiatives, supported system-level change efforts, and helped organizations strengthen the way they collaborate, govern, and measure their impact.
Through Next Practice Consulting, Robyn partners with leaders and teams to move beyond theory and into implementation, helping to translate complex challenges into strategies that work in the real world. Her approach blends data, storytelling, and humanity, ensuring organizations design systems that are grounded in evidence, guided by values, and built for lasting change.
