After years of seeing good ideas stall in bureaucracy, I founded NPC to help leaders bridge the gap between ideas and action. I blend proven improvement methods with bold, practical strategies tailored to each community or organization. My approach is:

- Hands-on and adaptable: I don’t hand over a static report. I work alongside teams, coaching them to build the skills and confidence to carry changes forward.
